PMA Virtual Town Hall, May 6: Preparing for Reopening Economies
The COVID-19 pandemic continues to have widespread ramifications on personal and professional lives throughout the fresh produce and floral industry. In this PMA Virtual Town Hall, we will come together as an industry to engage with PMA experts and fellow members as we discuss the challenges our members and industry are facing.

This Virtual Town Hall general session will focus on what businesses need to put in place as we prepare for economies to begin reopening.

Panelists:
• The Hon. David Ige, Governor of the State of Hawaii
• Dr. Megin Nichols, DVM, MPH, DACVPM, COVID-19 Food Systems Working Group Lead at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Dr. Nichols is responsible for providing food-specific subject matter expertise across the CDC's COVID-19 response.
• Dr. Steve Goldman, Consultant and Senior Lecturer at MIT. Dr. Goldman's work focuses on business continuity, crisis management, disaster recovery, and crisis communications.
• John Giles, Divisional Director, Promar International
